Our corporation investigate and manufacture the knitting machine by
ourself which called Hualun Flying TigerF18-133S computerized flat
knitting machine, it’s knitting system adopt single carriage with
trinal systems ,transfer needle combined cam is designed to be
composite, three systems can transfer needle as single or
simultaneity, also can transfer needle when another is knitting
.The machine’s control interface collocate LCD menu form ,make the
operation became easy to mastery .Collocate set-up comb device, can
knit the single fabric automatically from first link to last link
,and the course of knitting become more capacity , save yarn
availably, increase the production efficiency. This machine would
be mostly used to automatically knit woolen sweater, fit to the
material include silk 、cotton、woolen、terylene、mix-textile and so on
,it is able to knit double-face jacquard、single-face
jacquard、single-face and no dashed jacquard、pick hole、wring flower
and so on ,include well-regulated design and ruleless design .. Main Technology Parameters

14）Yarn carrier2×8 yarn carriers on both side of 4 guide rails,
shiftable on any position (special no dashed carriers available).
15）Protection systemThe machine will automatically alarm if
yarn-breaking、spin、floating yarn、rewind、end of knitting , fail of
tracking、needle crash、error programming occur etc, automatism give
an alarm.

1.Screen display: Adopt LCD industrial screen and figure interface
,input device depend on USB or internet ,the system memory can
reach to 1G,can input a large of design files, which can be fetched
out for use at any time as per production requirements .
2. Monitoring menu: Each kind of operating parameter can be showed
with Chinese or English words, and they can be adjusted at any time
when the machine is running ,create conveniences for operation at
most.
3.Design system and controller software are visual and easy to
understand and upgrade.

and share.
